Bench test rig for ALH Standby Centralized Warning Panel
The Test Rig for Standby CWP is designed for bench testing of the Standby Centralized Warning Panel of the ALH (Advanced Light Helicopter). The rig is housed in a metal case carrying the equipment under test. The removable front panel carries control switches, test points, lamps, a PCB for signal generation and a DPM (Digital Panel Meter) for frequency indication. A DC regulated power supply (32V, 2A) powers the STBY CWP LRU and a 24V eliminator powers the signal generator PCB to simulate the low rotor signal. Switches and indicators on the rig simulate operating modes (NVG, Day and Night) and warning conditions (Low Rotor, Master Warning, Low BAT, MGB Chip, ENG Chip, GOV, Low Fuel, FADEC and others).
