Crew control unit with channel selection and emergency intercom
The Control Box CH-IC-9 contains an amplifier with anti-cross talk network, channel selection rotary switch, panel lamp, relay and volume control potentiometers. It supports intercom between crew in all normal switch positions, emergency intercom if the amplifier fails, and microphone coupling to a selected transmit channel when the relay is energised. The same channel selection switch is used in the emergency position if the amplifier or relay is faulty.
