Production solder bench for commutator soldering
The Bench for Soldering of Commutators is used for soldering commutators. It is built to fit within a 1535 × 925 × 1800 mm (L × W × H) footprint. The tabletop is covered with a 3 mm aluminium sheet reinforced with 30 mm plywood and placed on a well-supported steel frame. The control panel is positioned 680 mm from the front end of the table. The bench includes a raiser mechanism with manual and automatic movement, a lead level sensing adjustment, and a lead collector plate placed underneath the bath to collect spilled lead.
