Methods of Measurments

Measure customer satisfaction once in a year and improve the customer satisfaction index of customers

Review the delivery performance on dispatch basis and take action to achieve on time delivery

Review of Quality performance and conduct root cause analysis for rejections and rework in order to reduce the same continually

Review and improve documentation including quality policy and objectives once in three years
