Single-pole four-throw trim actuator switch for Sea Harrier
Trim Switch C5680-1 is designed and developed by Integral Systems as a substitute to imported Part No. C5680-1. The switch is used on the handle control column of the Sea Harrier aircraft for operating the trim actuators of the tail plane and aileron controls. Designed to meet BS 3G 100 specifications. Provisional Approval No. RCMA(A/C) HAL(BC)/PC/155. Mode of operation: a single-pole four-throw switch, spring-loaded to centre-off. The actuator moves in all four directions at 90°; pressing in a direction closes one of the contact pairs 1&2, 3&4, 5&6, 7&8, and the actuator returns to centre on release with no pair shorted.
